As noted on Joystiq, PSP Go will be revealed at E3, but a promotional video set for release afterwards has leaked.  16 gigs internal memory, Memory Stick Micro support, connection to an online store for movies and TV shows.  

Unfortunately, my ongoing problem with the PSP is their focus on hand me downs from the PS2.  The reason the DS does so well is that you can pick it up and play games that are far more accessible in little bits and pieces (it’s also why the iPhone games are selling well).  Do I really want to get Metal Gear Solid for PSP when I can get a much more fulfilling version on PS3?  

Hopefully with digital distribution, they’ll be able to sell those types of PSP games cheaper, and they’ll need to bag some XBox Live and iPhone content developers.

In an unrelated note, I think it’s humorous that what used to be a mockup from a talented fan 1.5 years ago ended up being close to the final design for this update.
